The other day the husband and I loaded up the baby in the car and took an impromptu trip to the foothills for a destination my family fondly calls 'The Cabin.' We only left for the day but my aunt, cousins, and mom had been there the week. They had no idea we were coming, and with cell phone signal strength nonexistent in that area, we gave them a humongous surprise by showing up on their doorstep at lunch time.

Since they weren't expecting us we packed up the bentos before we left town. I was made ravenous by the sun and the swimming, so the roasted cauliflower in the fourth bento container is not pictured. I ate it before I remembered to snap a picture.

All of this happened on Friday, which is why I didn't post an Archive Friday photo. I'm certainly not giving up on this project, especially not now--I'm nearly out of disk space to store all my photos. I mean, really almost out. The computer is begging me to delete things and won't let me save new things out. Also, I'm having some issues with some software. Things might be okay over here, but, on the other hand, I might be scarce for a few days due to technical difficulties.

Metamorphoses; two.thirteen.ten

Celebrated Valentine's Day early. (:
He had to go to Miami with his dad on the fourteenth, therefore thirteenth was a better idea.

To describe the day, I'll just copy and paste what I gushed to my bestfriend.

"We went to the park and chilled there for a while, it was a lot of fun. (:

Aaaaaand he insisted I sing while we were sitting around listening to music off my phone, so I sang "Playing God" for him, and he complimented me and was like, you're gonna be so successful in your life & this other stuff. :3
Then we went back to his house.
I got my presentssss. He got me this book called "Baby Animals." It's like, this book of National Geographic-ish pictures, 'cause he know that's what I wanna do with my liiiife. I thought that was like, the awesomest thing evurrr.
He got me this big stuffed dog, too! It's reeeeally soft and cuddly. :3
I met his daaad, too. Ex-Marine. o: Ohdear.
I sure hope I made a good impression. x-x"
We all three went to Golden Corral, & I got interrogated a little by his fatherr.
Then we went back to his house & Brian and I chilled in his room.

Then on the way home, both "Don't Stop Believing" & "Eye Of The Tiger" played.
We sang them both in a crazy bad duet. xD

Back to the Easter Holiday once again, it was April, 09 2009 just few days before Thai’s New Year celebration (April 13). I only saw the picture of the Plaza Mayor in photos and postcards before. But once I actually being in the Plaza, it was amazing! I have seen many plaza like this before only on Discovery Channel but never before in person until that day! At that time, I spent so much time to take pictures! I must have took hours and hours at the Plaza Mayor.

Anyway, I told myself that day that… I am going to visit this place again but it would be with the love of my life. Who would have known that just months later… I actually visit Plaza Mayor again. But instead of spending time taking pictures, I was spending time with my fiancée, Matilde, The love of my life.

Being a wedding planner is not easy, especially when you want to plan one for yourself.

I am not much of a speaker… I hope that this would explain how I feel for her. It’s classical, rap, hiphop, R&B? I have no idea! But it is a great song that I found on YouTube!
